The home can sleep up to 23 people, and sits on 1.24 acres of landscaped property, making it perfect for weddings, business groups, families or those who desire luxury and privacy. Just one mile from “Coconut beach” and at the center of some of the country’s main tourist attractions, you will find endless opportunities for fun and relaxation.

RATES:

Rates are per person, per night and include 3 meals daily, snacks and local liquor and beer. Premium Alcoholic beverages can be provided and chilled prior to arrival for a modest 10% cork fee. We believe this is superior to the “all-inclusive” model which encourages low-end liquor, stingy pours and punishes those guests who are not heavy drinkers. We instead prefer to take your custom drink order prior to arrival. Whether you like champagne or Budweiser, our guest services team will have it ready and serve it to you ice cold. Just let us know your group’s preferences and we can provide you a quote in addition to our nightly rate. If at any time during your stay your guests require more libations, we will run out and procure them ASAP!

Our all-inclusive experience means that you won’t open your wallet once you check-in to the villa. However, unlike other all-inclusives, we will have a tailor-made menu and premium bar that serves exactly what you’ve requested.

All Reservations - 50% refundable if cancelled prior to 90 days before arrival. 25% refundable if cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival. Less than 60 days, no refund.

Holiday Weeks - 50% refundable if cancelled prior to 120 days before arrival. 25% refundable if cancelled prior to 90 days before arrival. Less than 90 days, no refund.
