Green Season (May 1st – December 14) U$155 per night - U$850 per week
High Season (Dec. 15 – April 30th) U$185 per night – U$995 per week.
Minimum 3 nights, cleaning fee U$30.
Holidays (Dec. 20 – January 3rd) U$1,490 per
week – minimum one week.
Arrival and departure dates are flexible.
50% deposit upon confirmation of reservation.
Balance (remaining 50%) 10 days before arrival. Damage deposit $600 cash
upon arrival to be returned in cash upon departure after verification of
condo.
